By completing and submitting this form, you will automatically become a member of the MiNEGOSHI database of the Ministry of Economic Development. If you already have a formal business, the following information about your business will be visible to the public on the MiNEGOSHI database website:

• Company name and logo;
• Address, e-mail address and telephone number;
• Website;
• Sector; and
• Legal form (N.V., B.V., sole proprietorship, etc.).
